Not only did he tighten the screens on the windows Western Windows had installed, he also fixed the screens on other windows as well. AND, he helped me remove the windows so they could be washed. I needed to replace my front window. Jared came out measured the window and gave recommendations then sent me a quote. I accepted, was given a date for installation and was told the window trim would be dropped off (so I could stain it) a week prior to installation. The installation took place on time, Liam and Bill were excellent and installed the window very quickly. Liam cut the trim perfectly. Everything was cleaned and the debris taken away. I am very pleased with Western Windows.
